The Role
As a Senior Conference Producer/Manager Conferences, you will own the end-to-end creation of high-quality conferences—from ideation to execution. You’ll work at the intersection of content, strategy, and stakeholder management, ensuring every event delivers value, engagement, and impact.

What You’ll Do
Research industry trends to build insight-driven agendas and themes
Identify, invite, and manage speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts




Collaborate with speakers to shape session topics and narratives
Create compelling session content and event positioning
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
Support audience engagement and outreach initiatives
Manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple event deliverables

What We’re Looking For
4–10 years of experience in B2B conferences, content, or event production
Strong research, communication, and storytelling skills
Experience in speaker acquisition and stakeholder coordination
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
High ownership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
