Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is based in the Pune District and focuses on supporting manufacturing and electrical/electronic equipment reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine inspections, executing preventive maintenance schedules, and carrying out repairs on industrial equipment and systems. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, documenting maintenance activities,



and coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician is also expected to follow safety standards, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance records in an organized manner.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance to support production and manufacturing operations.
Candidates should possess hands-on abilities in Maintenance & Repair, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve equipment faults and performance issues.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Preventive Maintenance, including planning and executing maintenance schedules to reduce unplanned downtime.
