Role Overview
As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you will take ownership of visual direction and execution for multiple brands and campaigns. You will work closely with strategy, content, and marketing teams to translate brand objectives into compelling visual narratives,



while ensuring design excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
You will also play a key role in guiding junior designers, setting creative standards, and contributing to the evolution of our design processes and visual systems.

What You’ll Do
Lead the conceptualisation and execution of visual design across digital and print platforms.
Develop and evolve brand identities, design systems, and visual guidelines.
Translate briefs and brand strategies into strong, cutting-edge creative solutions.
Oversee and review design outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
Create high-impact creatives for campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with Key Account Manager, Content writers, and Other Designers.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and creative direction.
