Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gwalior. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that promote Neoteric’s residential and commercial projects, enhance brand visibility, and drive qualified leads.



Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinating with sales and project teams, overseeing content creation and promotional materials, and analyzing performance data to optimize marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with external agencies and vendors, manage marketing budgets and timelines, and ensure consistent brand messaging. This role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and organizing events or activations to strengthen community engagement and support project launches.
