You describe a task in plain English and Libra spins up an autonomous agent that owns the workflow end to end- briefing you before meetings, writing up decisions and action items live, chasing tickets stuck in review, drafting the deck, answering questions grounded in your company's own data. It connects to 250+ tools teams already use, including Slack, Gmail, Notion, Jira, Drive, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

The founding team is building the GTM motion now, and this is one of the first sales hires. We're well capitalized and are looking for exceptional GTM talent to join us.

The role
You'll own top-of-funnel for North America. That means choosing accounts, writing your own outreach, getting on the phone at 11 PM IST,



and putting qualified meetings on the calendar- not running someone else's sequences.
The playbook isn't finished. You'll be testing personas, messaging, and channels alongside the founders, and keeping what works. If you want a defined territory and a mature stack, this isn't it. If you want to be the person who figures out what the playbook should be at a company where the product is genuinely current, it is.

What you'll do
Own a named-account list of [mid-market technology and SaaS companies, 200–2,000 employees] in North America and keep it current
Run multi-channel outbound cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to produce qualified meetings.
Write your own copy. You'll get positioning and frameworks, not scripts.
Open with a specific wedge (you'll need to experiment and figure out) rather than pitching "AI for all your work"
Handle first-call questions on integrations, data access, and security posture well enough to keep
