Jr. HR – IT Recruitment

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities
Handle calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries from students, freshers, and job seekers.
Understand candidates' career goals and suggest suitable paid IT training programs.
Counsel students and explain course benefits, duration, fees, career opportunities, and training process.
Convert interested candidates into paid training enrollments.
Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper lead records.
Generate daily candidate/student pipelines through calls, references, job portals, and social media.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews where required.
Maintain daily reports of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and paid joinings.




Coordinate with the training and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding.
Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure proper communication throughout the process.
Achieve monthly paid training conversion targets.
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and candidate-handling ability.
Basic understanding of IT Recruitment and IT Training Programs.
Comfortable speaking with freshers and college students.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
