Role Description The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive training sessions that build students’ communication, interpersonal,



and life skills. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting classroom workshops, facilitating group activities, and assessing participants’ progress through feedback and evaluations. The trainer will collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training content with industry expectations and support students’ employability and qualified growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the IBIS campus in Kannur North, requiring regular in-person engagement with learners and staff.
