Role Description The AGM / DGM – ADL (API) is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading Analytical Development Laboratory activities for active pharmaceutical ingredients.



Daily responsibilities include overseeing method development, validation, and transfer for APIs; reviewing and approving analytical protocols, reports, and data; and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role involves mentoring and supervising analytical scientists, coordinating laboratory workflows, and optimizing analytical techniques to support R&D;, process development, and QC functions. The AGM / DGM will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support audits and regulatory submissions, troubleshoot complex analytical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in laboratory operations and documentation practices.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in analytical method development and validation for APIs, including HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and related techniques.
Proficiency in managing ADL activities, data review, documentation, and adherence to regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, cGMP).
