Role Description The Presales Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients to understand business needs, designing appropriate technology solutions,



and presenting proposals and solution architectures that align with customer objectives. The Presales Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop demos, proof of concepts, and technical presentations, and to ensure solution feasibility and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include requirement analysis, creating technical documentation, mapping business processes to technical solutions, supporting RFP/RFI responses, and participating in client meetings and workshops. The role also includes staying informed about emerging technologies and market trends to shape competitive solution offerings.
