Your opportunity:
Copilot Studio SMEs/Solution Architects to accelerate secure, governed and business-focused adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio across Zurich.
Drive the design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise-grade agents, Copilot extensions and reusable patterns that create measurable business value.
Shape and operationalize governance, security, lifecycle management,
adoption and enablement practices for Copilot Studio and related Microsoft 365 AI capabilities.
Partner with business units, IT, Security, Compliance, Data, Architecture and external suppliers on strategic AI initiatives and global projects.
Join the experienced Center for Enablement team supporting one of the largest Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio communities in the world.
About you:
As Copilot SMEs and Power Platform - Copilot Studio SMEs/Solution Architects, your main responsibilities will involve
Copilot and Copilot Studio strategy:
Translate business demand into a explicit delivery roadmap for Copilot Studio agents, Copilot extensibility and reusable enterprise patterns.
Guide solution architecture decisions covering environment strategy, integration patterns, security posture, scalability, monitoring and lifecycle management.
Governance, security and compliance:
Define and continuously improve governance processes, guardrail
