About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team remotely from India. This is not an entry-level role — we need someone who has already run influencer campaigns end-to-end, understands the mechanics of creator marketing at a technical level, and can independently manage international campaigns across multiple markets and platforms with minimal hand-holding.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end influencer marketing process: briefing, creator scouting and shortlisting,



outreach and negotiation, contracting, content approval, campaign execution, and post-campaign reporting
Scout and vet influencers and content creators across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms based on niche relevance, audience quality, and brand fit — not just follower count
Independently manage multiple international campaigns simultaneously across different markets, time zones, and client requirements
Negotiate rates and deliverables with influencers and talent management agencies in line with campaign budgets
Draft and manage influencer briefs, content guidelines, and usage/whitelisting agreements
Track campaign KPIs (reach, engagement rate, ER%, CPM, CPE, CPV, EMV, GRP, etc.) and translate raw data into explicit client-facing performance reports
Stay current on platform algorithm changes, content formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, UGC, live shopping), and emerging creator marketing trends a
