Role Description The Electrical Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day electrical installation activities at project sites in Gurugram, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with technical specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising in office teams, coordinating with civil and structural engineers, reviewing drawings and plans,



and resolving technical issues during execution. The role involves monitoring quality control processes, inspecting completed work, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. The Electrical Site Engineer will also prepare progress reports, communicate updates to project managers and stakeholders, and support testing and commissioning of electrical systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively on site, supervising execution activities and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, and for reporting project progress.
Experience in quality control for electrical installations, including inspections, testing, and compliance with standards.
