The Lead Platform Owner – Common Services leads the Common Services function within the Integration Platform unit and requires an in-depth understanding of APIs and industry standards. The role also requires knowledge of Google, Amazon, and UAE APIs.

This position involves working within an agile development methodology and managing teams of Software and Test Engineers. The Lead Platform Owner – Common Services applies extensive expertise in orchestration microservices, real-time integration technologies, and business processes to meet business requirements in a dynamic and agile workplace.

In this role, the incumbent coordinates and manages multiple product teams comprising Software and Test Engineers and Solution Architects, driving the successful delivery of integration projects in line with quality, time, and cost objectives. The role also requires experience in event streaming, including complex event processing and building event-driven integrations.

Skills & Experience Required:-
General banking and business area knowledge is necessary in order to steer necessary implementations according to bank's strategy.
Experience in applying agile /waterfall implementation methodology along with corresponding project management methodology (capacity planning, vendor management, medium scale development coordination) which also comprises management of interfaces and dependencies to other platform teams and also in connection with the other agile teams. Additional overview of current testing practices and infrastructure requirements relevant.
Experience in Integration domain, Architecture, Banking microservices is essential.
