Job Description -
Required Qualifications & Experience
Any Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred)
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N3 or above)
ITIL certified with a good understanding of IT service management principles
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from the Chennai office
Experience working with Japanese clients/stakeholders
Experience in project transition and knowledge transfer activities
Understanding of end-to-end project delivery and operational processes
Technical Skills
Experience in BAU (Business As Usual) operations and support activities
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and service operations
Good to have hands-on experience or knowledge of:
Windows Administration
Linux Administration

Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and client-facing setting
