The Opportunity

Dash Technologies is seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer to lead software quality assurance, testing, validation, and regulatory documentation for a Medical Device Software product being built from scratch.

You will be responsible for developing test strategies, executing software verification and validation activities, maintaining quality documentation,



and ensuring compliance with applicable medical device standards and FDA quality system requirements.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role for a quality professional who combines deep medical device software expertise with strong documentation discipline and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Software Quality Assurance

Develop, review, and maintain software quality plans, procedures, work instructions, test documentation, and quality records.
Ensure software quality processes and documentation align with ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, IEC 62304, and other applicable medical device standards.
Maintain accurate, controlled, and audit-ready quality documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
Support internal and external audits by providing timely access to quality documentation, test evidence, and project records.
