Role Description This is a remote Inside Sales Intern role. The intern will support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, updating and maintaining customer records, and assisting with outreach via phone, email, and digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research on potential customers, scheduling and confirming meetings or demos, and following up to ensure timely responses to inquiries. The intern will help track customer interactions, support efforts to improve customer satisfaction,



and prepare basic reports on lead generation and sales activities. This internship offers hands-on experience with inside sales processes and tools, under guidance from experienced sales professionals.

Qualifications
Demonstrated interest and foundational skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
Ability to support Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service through attentive, solution-oriented interactions.
Solid Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication with customers and internal teams.
Comfort working remotely, with good time management, organization, and self-motivation.
Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and adapt to evolving sales processes.
