Role Description The Sales Officer role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Bijbiara. The Sales Officer is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and promoting Bajaj Finserv’s financial products in the local market. Day-to-day activities include conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, processing applications, and ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.



The role involves coordinating with channel partners, supporting branch-level sales operations, and meeting assigned sales and service targets. The Sales Officer is expected to maintain solid customer relationships, provide clear and accurate information, and uphold company standards for compliance and quality.
Qualifications

Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Communication skills.
Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to drive consistent business growth.
Experience with Channel Sales or partner management in financial services or related sectors.
Relevant experience in retail sales, banking, NBFCs, or insurance is preferred.
Basic understanding of lending, insurance, or wealth advisory products is an advantage.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
