About the Role:
Piramal Finance is looking for a business-oriented, highly analytical professional to join the Branch Intelligence Unit (BIU) as a Branch Intelligence Analyst.
This is a high-impact, business-facing role working closely with National Business Heads, Geo Leaders, and business teams to convert data and AI into actionable solutions that drive business growth, profitability, productivity, and strategic decision-making.
The role will also be responsible for driving the adoption of BIU's AI and data products across branches and geographies, understanding recent business requirements, resolving data/analytics problems, and ensuring that business teams effectively leverage AI and data in their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with National Business Heads and Geo Leaders to solve business challenges through data, analytics, and AI.
Drive business growth and profitability through actionable data-driven insights and recommendations.
Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and root causes.




Drive adoption and effective utilization of BIU AI products, dashboards, and data solutions across branches and geographies.
Work closely with Branch, Geo, Cluster, and Zonal teams to understand new requirements, business problems, and opportunities and translate them into analytical/AI solutions.
Act as a key point of contact for branch and geo-level data, dashboard, reporting, and AI-product issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Identify opportunities where AI, automation, analytics, and data visualization can improve productivity, decision-making, and business performance.
Build interactive Power BI dashboards, MIS, analytical models, and automated reporting solutions for business leadership.
Extract, analyze, and validate data using SQL, Python, and Excel.
