We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who can think strategy, create content, run campaigns, and use AI to work smarter.

WHAT YOU’LL HANDLE

•⁠ ⁠Paid Ads: Plan, execute & optimise Meta/Google ad campaigns
•⁠ ⁠Retention Marketing: Build strategies for engagement, retention & repeat customers (Klaviyo, Omnisend, Wati, Interakt, or similar)
•⁠ ⁠Content Creation: Develop scroll-stopping content, campaigns & social media ideas
•⁠ ⁠AI Marketing: Use AI tools for research, content, automation & marketing workflows
•⁠ ⁠Analyse performance, identify insights & continuously optimise campaigns




•⁠ ⁠Stay ahead of trends and turn them into actionable marketing ideas

YOU SHOULD HAVE

•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of hands-on marketing experience
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Paid Ads + Retention + Content + AI
•⁠ ⁠Ability to think strategically and execute independently
•⁠ ⁠Solid analytical, creative & communication skills
•⁠ ⁠A “I’ll figure it out” mindset

Bonus: Startup, D2C or agency experience.
