Role Description The Placement Coordinator is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hiring organizations, understanding their talent needs, and coordinating placement opportunities for learners. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with learners to prepare them for interviews, organizing placement drives, managing communication between learners and employers,



and maintaining accurate records of placement activities and outcomes. The Placement Coordinator will also collaborate with internal training and academic teams to align learning outcomes with market requirements, provide regular placement updates and reports, and support continuous improvement of placement processes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with learners, employers, and internal teams.
