Lead global Gas Seal Support System (GSS) Engineering organization across pre-order and post-order activities
Own end-to-end engineering delivery from RFQ to final documentation.
Drive engineering excellence, productivity, and business growth through standardization, innovation, and team development
Lead multiple teams of Managers / Supervisors / Team Leaders for Dry Gas Seal Support System Engineering.
Accountable for overall Engineering KPIs, focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Quality metrics.
Own complete engineering lifecycle: RFQ → design → deliverables → customer approval → manufacturing release.
Develop, coach, and grow engineering teams; build solid capability and succession pipeline.
Align with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Project, Procurement) on service levels and priorities.
Drive engineering standardization, automation, and global best practice deployment.
