Job Summary:
Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for a Service In-charge to manage and oversee all After Sales Service operations for Electrical Appliances in Gujarat. The candidate should be based in Ahmedabad and will be responsible for ensuring timely service delivery, customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination with service centers, technicians, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:
Service Operations: Manage day-to-day after sales service activities for Fans, Water Heaters, and other Electrical Appliances across Gujarat
Team Management: Lead, train, and monitor a team of service engineers/technicians and service partners to meet SLA and quality standards
Customer Support: Handle customer complaints, service requests, and escalations. Ensure quick resolution and high customer satisfaction
Service Center Coordination: Coordinate with authorized service centers and dealers for spare parts availability, warranty claims, and service scheduling
Reporting:



Maintain daily/weekly service reports, MIS, and feedback. Track KPIs like TAT, repeat calls, and customer feedback
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all service activities follow company policies, safety norms, and brand guidelines
Market Feedback: Share product/service issues and market insights with the Technical and Product team for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:Education:
Graduation/ Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering preferred
Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience in After Sales Service for Electrical Appliances / Consumer DurablesMust have prior experience handling service operations in Gujarat, preferably based in Ahmedabad
Knowledge of Fans, Water Heaters, and Home Appliances servicing is mandatory

Key Skills:
Robust knowledge of electrical appliances, troubleshooting, and warranty processes
Excellent customer handling and communication skills in L
