JOB TITLE: Head Projects

POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective) To lead and manage end-to-end store development projects, including design coordination, civil and interior works, MEP coordination, vendor management, project execution, quality control, cost management, and timely store handover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of recent stores and conversion projects (COCO & Franchise)
Manage space planning, layouts, fixtures, interiors, civil work and fit-outs.
Coordinate with Retail, Operations, Design, VM, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain for seamless execution.
Conduct site reviews, monitor quality and resolve execution issues.
Ensure store readiness, snag closure and timely handover to Operations.
Maintain project trackers, highlight risks and provide regular project updates to senior management.
Establish robust project tracking and reporting mechanisms for all ongoing store projects.
Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and key decisions to senior management.




Escalate critical risks and deviations with clear recommendations and recovery plans.
Build and maintain a repository of project learnings, benchmarks and best practices for future store development.
Lead and manage project teams, consultants, contractors and external partners.
Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Retail, Operations, Design, VM, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and other functions.
Track project budgets, commitments and actual expenditure to ensure cost discipline.
Drive effective vendor management, commercial negotiations and timely procurement of project materials.
Ensure adherence to cost, quality and delivery outcomes across projects.
Drive a culture of execution excellence, quality, speed and cost consciousness
Site to Store Process Compliance - provide inputs of project status in timely manner for Site to Store Tracker maintenance
