About the Internship
This is a 3-month remote, learning-based internship designed for candidates who want to build practical knowledge and hands-on experience in the HR domain.
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR and management team and get exposure to real-world HR processes, including recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and basic HR operations.
This internship is ideal for freshers, students,



and aspiring HR professionals who are looking to learn by working on real projects and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you may get the chance to:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
Support the recruitment and hiring process.
Help in scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Assist with onboarding and internship documentation.
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Help maintain HR databases, trackers, and reports.
Coordinate with different teams and interns within the organization.
Learn about HR policies, processes, and workplace practices.
