About the Role
This is a high-ownership, execution and creative-heavy role working directly with the founders to run large-scale, dealer-level creative operations on the AdMitra platform.

You will be responsible for turning brand-level creative intent into hundreds of high-quality, localized video and poster ads every month,



ensuring timely delivery, iterative improvements, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external dealer stakeholders.

This role sits at the intersection of creative thinking, platform operations, and stakeholder communication ideal for someone who wants deep exposure to how an early-stage startup operates at scale.

Salary: ₹25,000/mo

(Post probation) We follow a dynamic salary hike structure that is purely performance driven. The more quality output you produce, we will match the salary accordingly over the period.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Creative Planning & Storyboarding
Take high-level creative intent provided by brands and convert it into explicit, executable storyboards for video and poster ads.
Research and analyze: What types of ads perform well for similar categories. Formats, hooks, and narratives likely to work best at a local/dealer level
