Role Description-

Key responsibilities:
Contact customers with abandoned carts through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups to encourage order completion.
Engage with incoming leads promptly and qualify them based on their interest, requirement, and purchase intent.
Act as the first point of contact for leads generated for luxury brands,



ensuring a polished, consultative, and professional customer experience.
Understand customer concerns related to products, pricing, offers, delivery, payments, and returns, and provide accurate first-level support.
Route qualified leads to the appropriate internal or brand point of contact, while maintaining ownership of timely follow-ups.
Maintain lead and customer interaction records, follow-up status, and conversion outcomes.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and brand teams to stay updated on campaigns, products, offers, inventory, and customer-facing communication.
Identify common customer objections and feedback patterns to improve communication, conversion flows, and the overall customer experience.
Work towards daily and monthly targets related to lead response time, abandoned-cart recovery, order conversion, and customer engagement.
