• Identify capability gaps and create future-ready workforce plans
• Develop scalable learning ecosystems (LMS, digital & blended learning)
• Lead behavioural, functional, and leadership development initiatives
• Build internal faculty and external partnerships (trainers, institutes)
• Drive ROI-focused learning linked to business performance
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability building

• 12–18+ years in L&D; / Talent Development (5+ years in leadership role)
• Experience in scaling L&D; for 800–1000+ workforce
• Strong business acumen (beyond a training mindset)
• Proven track record of linking L&D; to business outcomes (revenue, productivity, retention)
• Ability to influence CXOs and business leaders
