Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role based in Recent Delhi, focused on factory automation products. The role involves providing technical support to customers and internal teams, diagnosing and resolving product and system issues, and offering guidance on installation, operation, and maintenance of automation solutions.



The Technical Support Engineer will handle troubleshooting of hardware and software, analyze recurring problems, and recommend improvements or corrective actions. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, documenting support cases, coordinating with sales and engineering teams, and assisting with product demonstrations and training sessions. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry standards, and best practices in factory automation.
Qualifications
