Purpose of the Role
The FP&A; Manager is a senior member of the FP&A; team, responsible for owning significant areas of planning, forecasting, performance management and decision support.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can take complex or loosely defined financial problems, turn them into structured workstreams and deliver high-quality solutions with limited oversight.
A key measure of success will be taking end-to-end ownership of important FP&A; projects, models and processes, materially reducing the need for the Director of FP&A; to remain involved in their design, build and day-to-day operation. The role has no direct reports
