Role Overview





We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth across manufacturing and enterprise customers. The role will focus on identifying recent business opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and positioning IoT, IIoT, Computer/Machine Vision, and RFID/AIDC based solutions to address their business and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and customer engagement to solution discussions, commercial proposals, negotiations, and deal closure. The role also involves working closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation and building long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
