About The Role
As a Lead React Native Developer, you will lead the mobile engineering charter for our credit platform products. You will be responsible not only for writing high-quality code, but also for leading a team, driving engineering excellence, handling mission-critical releases,
and shaping the technical direction of our mobile applications. We are looking for someone who combines strong React Native expertise with leadership, urgency, accountability, and a product mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced fintech environment where production incidents, regulatory timelines, and customer commitments demand quick decision-making and flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of React Native applications for Android and iOS.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile solutions for credit and payments products.
Own business-critical mobile features from design through production rollout and post-release monitoring.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, technical guidance, and career development.
