NThread is building an AI-powered talent intelligence and hiring platform. Our product logic, data and backend are largely ready. Our current challenge is converting a large volume of information and insights into a easy, consistent and highly usable product.
We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer who can establish a uniform design direction and help make Version 1 launch-ready within two weeks.

Duration: 2-month paid internship
Location: Noida | 3–4 days per week from office
What You Will Work On
Simplify complex, data-heavy screens and user journeys.
Make the platform intuitive, easy to navigate and usable with minimal training.
Convert data, comparisons and recommendations into clear visualisations.
Decide what users should see first and how they can explore deeper insights.
Create a consistent design system and reusable UI components.
Build clickable prototypes and support frontend implementation.
Continuously improve features based on usability testing and customer feedback.
Work closely with the founders, engineers and data analytics team.
After the first two months, candidates who continue with us will also conduct user research, identify customers’ most pressing problems and help prioritise future product solutions.
What We Are Looking For
0–2 years of experience in UI/UX, product design or frontend development.
Strong understanding of usability, information hierarchy and interaction design.
Ability to simplify complex information without losing important insights.
Experience with Figma and interactive prototyping.
Understanding of dashboards, charts and data visualisation.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design is preferred.
Ability to work quickly, take ownership and collaborate directly with founders.
