Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories and channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans, monitoring sales performance, and preparing regular reports and forecasts. The role involves leading and mentoring the sales team, coordinating with marketing and production to align supply with demand,



and ensuring strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. The Sales Manager will also conduct market research, track competitor activity, and represent the brand at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales management, business development, and account management, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or related industries.
Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, and customer service to maintain and expand key client accounts.
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare forecasts and budgets, and use CRM or sales tracking tools for planning and performance management.
Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with marketing, and supporting promotional campaigns.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and lead a diverse sales team.
