Role Description The 3D BIM Engineer (Building Information Modeling) will develop and manage detailed BIM models for pharmaceutical facilities, ensuring accurate coordination across architecture, civil, structural, and MEP disciplines. This full-time,



on-site role in Mumbai involves preparing and updating construction drawings, clash detection and resolution, and maintaining model integrity throughout design and execution phases. The person in this role will collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and site teams to translate design intent into constructible 3D models aligned with GMP and other regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include model setup, data management within BIM platforms, documentation generation (plans, sections, elevations, schedules), and supporting design reviews and client presentations with transparent visualizations.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, including 3D model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
Ability to prepare, interpret, and revise Construction Drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed shop drawings.
Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
