Role Description The Quality Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for maintaining product quality and consistency across all Midnight Binge offerings. This role includes monitoring production processes, conducting regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products,



and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The Quality Executive will document and analyze quality data, identify root causes of issues, and collaborate with production and R&D; teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Day-to-day tasks also involve updating standard operating procedures, training staff on quality guidelines, coordinating with suppliers for quality-related matters, and supporting audits and certifications. The role requires close attention to detail, strong ownership of quality outcomes, and alignment with the brand’s commitment to honest, comforting snacking.
Qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and food safety standards (such as FSSAI, HACCP, or ISO-based systems).
Experience with inspection, testing, and documentation of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products in a food or FMCG setting.
