Role Description The Orthopedic Doctor role at ANSSI Wellness is an in office position based in Nashik. The orthopedic doctor will assess and diagnose patients with spinal and musculoskeletal conditions, review medical histories, perform physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic reports. Daily responsibilities include developing and overseeing non-surgical treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating patients on spine health and preventive care. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records,



adhering to clinical protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement of treatment methodologies.
Qualifications
Medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Orthopedics (MS / DNB or equivalent), and valid medical registration.
Experience in diagnosing and managing spinal and musculoskeletal disorders, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
Strong clinical examination skills, diagnostic decision-making, and treatment planning capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
Commitment to non-surgical, evidence-based care and willingness to train on ANSSI’s spinal decompression technology.
Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical documentation and adherence to clinical and ethical standards.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
