Role Description The Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing sales within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and medical retailers, and identifying recent business opportunities. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, conducting regular market visits, tracking competitor activity,



and ensuring achievement of sales targets and collection goals. The Area Sales Manager will prepare sales forecasts and reports, coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer support, and participate in promotional activities, product demonstrations, and training sessions. This position requires regular travel within the region to meet clients, understand market needs, and strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in medical supplies, pharma, or FMCG sectors.
Strong relationship-building and client management skills, with the ability to engage distributors, institutional buyers, and retail partners.
Ability to analyze market trends, develop territory plans, and work with sales targets and performance metrics.
