Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our end-to-end customer operations, from RFQ management through production delivery, within a rapid-growing




Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) organization. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience working in an EMS, ODM, or OEM environment, managing
cross-functional teams responsible for quotation management, customer program
execution, production planning, supply chain coordination, and on-time delivery. This role
acts as the operational bridge between Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing,
and Customers, ensuring flawless execution from customer inquiry to final shipment. The
successful candidate will work closely with the Plant Head to ensure seamless coordination
between customer commitments and factory execution.

RFQ Management

Lead the complete RFQ lifecycle from customer inquiry through commercial submission.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to prepare competitive quotations.
