Role Summary

Enboarder is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations. This pivotal role will focus on optimizing and managing our Salesforce instance and integration architecture to deliver reliable systems, clean data, and scalable processes that support pipeline generation, customer growth, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Best Practices: Serve as the go-to technical resource and subject-matter expert on Salesforce best practices, staying ahead of current platform capabilities and applying them to continuously improve our systems and processes.
Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including the creation of custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, page layouts, and record types.
CPQ Administration: Own configuration and maintenance of Salesforce CPQ — including price books, product bundles, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows — to support accurate, scalable quote-to-cash processes.
