Playzo 33 is a multi-activity sports, recreation, food & entertainment facility based in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Playzo brings together sports and recreational activities including badminton, cricket, pickleball, gaming, events, café and other customer-focused experiences under one facility.
We are looking for a hands-on Facility Operations Manager who can take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Playzo and ensure that customers have a safe, smooth and enjoyable experience every time they visit.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode. The Facility Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day functioning of Playzo, including sports facilities, café operations, customer service, bookings, events, housekeeping, staff coordination, safety and facility upkeep.
The ideal candidate will be a strong people manager who enjoys working in a quick-paced, customer-facing environment and can ensure that every department operates efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take overall responsibility for the daily operations and customer experience at Playzo.




Supervise and coordinate frontline staff across reception, sports facilities, café, housekeeping and other operational areas.
Ensure courts, turf, gaming areas, café and common areas are ready, clean, safe and operational throughout the day.
Monitor bookings, customer flow, peak-hour operations and facility utilization.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and execute birthday parties, corporate events, tournaments and other activities conducted at Playzo.
Work closely with the café team to ensure smooth F&B; operations and service quality.
Manage staff attendance, shift allocation, discipline, productivity and daily responsibilities.
Coordinate with vendors, technicians and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, safety and security standards are consistently maintained.
