Role Description The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Civil Engineering will support civil engineering activities related to steel solutions and associated infrastructure projects. This is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, involving assistance in civil engineering design, preparation of drawings and documentation, and coordination with senior engineers and project teams. Daily responsibilities may include site visits, data collection, basic analysis,



and ensuring that work adheres to safety standards and relevant codes. The GET will help in planning and monitoring project progress, communicating with internal stakeholders, and preparing technical reports. The role is designed to provide structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience for early-career civil engineers.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with a fundamental understanding of structural and infrastructure concepts.
Knowledge of Water Resource Management and related civil engineering applications.
Project Management abilities, including task coordination, basic scheduling, and documentation.
Solid Communication skills for effective interaction with project teams, vendors, and site personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
