Poddar Diamonds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and promote our diamond and jewellery products across domestic and international markets.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a good understanding of sales processes, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, networking, digital platforms, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote and sell the company's diamonds and jewellery products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with the production, operations, accounts,



and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Explore opportunities in both Indian and international markets.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client queries.
