Role Summary
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can independently own the hiring lifecycle—from sourcing top talent to ensuring a smooth joining experience. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across functions and help us scale high-performing teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end recruitment across business, tech, and support functions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative channels.
Conduct first-level screening interviews to assess role fit, communication, and culture alignment.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations,
and joining closures.
Manage 10–15+ monthly closures across both volume and niche hiring.
Partner with HODs to understand hiring needs and improve recruitment processes.
Maintain accurate hiring data and ATS hygiene.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
Experience hiring in a startup, HealthTech, SaaS, or consumer tech setting is preferred.
Strong track record of managing both bulk and specialized hiring.
Confident in independently evaluating candidates during screening calls.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Product company hiring experience is preferred over agency-only experience.
