Role Description
This is an urgent requirement for a full-time, field-based Sales Executive strictly located in Ahmedabad. As the face of Hepn in the local FMCG market, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our diverse range of rice products. This is a highly active field role where your day-to-day focus will be on visiting retail and distribution partners, securing daily orders,
and aggressively expanding our local footprint.
You will be the key driver of our regional growth, balancing the acquisition of new clients with the nurturing of existing accounts, while gathering valuable market feedback to keep Hepn ahead of competitor activities.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Field Visits: Conduct daily market visits across Ahmedabad to meet with retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
Business Development: Actively identify and convert new clients to expand our market presence.
Order Generation: Consistently secure purchase orders on a daily basis to meet and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing retail and distribution partners.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, gather market feedback, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfactio
