About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead – YouTube Operations to own the end-to-end management, growth, and optimization of our YouTube channel(s). This role requires a strong blend of platform expertise, operational rigor, and content strategy to drive audience growth, watch time, and revenue. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience running YouTube at scale, leading a team, and working cross-functionally with content, creative,



and analytics stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end YouTube channel operations, including publishing calendars, uploads, metadata, thumbnails, titles, tags, and SEO optimization.
Define and execute the YouTube content and growth strategy in line with overall business and audience objectives.
Monitor channel performance (watch time, CTR, retention, subscriber growth, revenue) and translate data into actionable insights.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of YouTube operations executives/associates, ensuring quality and timeliness of output.
Ensure adherence to YouTube's policies, community guidelines, copyright rules, and monetization requirements at all times.
Manage YouTube Studio operations including channel health, Content ID claims, copyright strikes, and community management.
Collaborate with content, creative, marketing, and analytics teams to align on video strategy, formats, and
