Job Purpose: The BEx Process Assurance and Operational Excellence Lead is
responsible for driving the adoption and execution of process assurance and
operational excellence solutions across the organization. This role focuses on
ensuring the business optimizes its processes and reduces inefficiencies through
solutions like CWS, SPS, and BPR. The BEx Process Assurance and Operational
Excellence Lead will track performance metrics, standardize processes, and
implement best practices that improve quality, compliance, and overall business
performance. This role will work cross-functionally to ensure that the
organization is continuously improving, achieving operational goals, and
reducing risks.
