Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for Soft Skill Trainers at the DDU-GKY Center in Kaushambi, with work location in Prayagraj. The Soft Skill Trainers will conduct classroom sessions on communication, life skills, and workplace readiness for youth enrolled under DDU-GKY. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering interactive training modules, using presentations and activities to build confidence, teamwork, and professional behavior. Trainers will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, maintain training records, and align sessions with DDU-GKY and organizational guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with center staff, participating in reviews, and supporting placement efforts by preparing trainees for interviews and job environments.
