Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a MICE Operations Professional based in Pune City. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, incentives, conferences, and events for corporate clients,



ensuring smooth operations from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals and event itineraries, managing vendor relationships, negotiating rates, and overseeing logistics such as travel, accommodation, venue arrangements, and on-ground support. The MICE Operations Professional will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and supplier partners, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor budgets, timelines, and service quality. The role also includes handling client communication, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
