Role Description The Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhilai. The Sales Officer will identify and pursue current business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers for Vastu Finserve’s loan products, including commercial vehicles, cars, tractors, and construction equipment loans. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, explaining loan offerings,



conducting initial eligibility checks, and guiding customers through the application process while ensuring accurate documentation. The role involves managing relationships with existing customers, coordinating with internal teams for smooth loan processing, and maintaining sales records and reports. The Sales Officer will also work with local channel partners, actively participate in marketing and outreach activities, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with a focus on trust-building and responsiveness.
Experience in lead generation and prospecting, including field visits, tele-calling, and local market development.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and confidently.
