This role focuses on appointing and developing channel partners within an assigned zone. Key responsibilities include the identification, selection, and onboarding of partners while ensuring all KPIs are met through effective performance tracking and evaluation. The position is also responsible for the timely activation of new networks and oversees data management, documentation, and coordination between field sales and regional offices to ensure seamless dealer onboarding.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Channel Partner Appointment
● Conduct location checks to assess extent of potential dealership in assigned zone
● Evaluation & Site Visit of applications for a recent dealership
● Implementing and ensuring channel partner selection and on-boarding
● Organizing Interviews for the internal panel
● Manage the end-to-end documentation for network appointments, including verifying financial, commercial, and legal formalities.
● Region handling experience
Channel Development and Activation
● Coordinating and Ensuring development of Channel as per VI and CI guidelines
● Managing Vendors for various elements of New dealer infrastructure development
● Ensuring compliance with policy - process and org
● Facilitating review and sign off for activation along with all stakeholders
● Guidelines and communication
● Ensuring the manpower quality and quantity at the dealerships.
Data Management & Reporting
● Preparation of MIS reports for the channel development
● Documentation for dealer on boarding
● Coordination with IBU CFT teams for network development & expansion
● Coordination with field Sales & service teams
● Internal reporting with other departments
● Maintain and update the dealer database with accurate contact information
● SAP Proficiency

Academic Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications; MBA preferred 5-8 Years of experience as a Dealer Network Development Manager. Proven track record of successful launch and operation of dealerships
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Analytics Skills, Analytics tools like excel, BI, SAP and familiarity with CRM or Dealer Management Systems (DMS) tools
